These Terms govern your use of SIGNALOS (signalosai.com), operated by Colmus inc.("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
SIGNALOS is a real-time public-intelligence terminal aggregating news, market, and geopolitical signals from third-party sources. It is provided for informational and situational-awareness purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional advice.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or interfere with security.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content beyond reasonable personal use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
- Upload malware, infringe IP, or violate any law.
4. Beta service
SIGNALOS is currently in public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The service is provided "as is" during beta.
5. Subscriptions, payments & refunds
Paid plans (when launched) are billed via our reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy below.
6. Intellectual property
Colmus inc. owns the SIGNALOS software, branding, and proprietary content. Third-party news headlines and source content remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under fair use / linking conventions for informational purposes.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
7. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Always verify critical information from primary sources.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You may close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALOS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colmus inc.'s aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Colmus inc. against any claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Colmus inc.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
